- For bookings of 2-6 days length, a deposit equal to two night's rental must be paid in advance by credit card to secure all bookings. For bookings of 7-30 days length a deposit of one week's rent must be paid. For bookings of longer than a month we require a deposit of two week's rental with the balance of the first month paid on arrival and monthly in advance thereafter.
- A deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled with 7 days notice. If less notice of a cancellation is given then the deposit will not be refunded. Every effort will then be made to re-let the accommodation for the period originally booked, however if we are unsucessful, then you will be responsible for the entire rental for the period booked.
- Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 10am.
- For short stays (of less than one month) the balance of the rental must be paid on or before arrival.
- For long stays (of more than a month) the rental must be paid one month in advance for each month.
- For houses without a power manager system installed, tenants are responsible for all power costs in excess of $300 per month or part thereof for shorter stays.
- Houses must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If houses are excessively dirty and require specialist cleaning, an additional fee may be charged.
