The main living area includes a six seater dining table and sofa seating. The living area is roomy and flows through French doors to a large sunny deck that looks onto St James Park. Access to the park is via a private garden gate.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath and toilet. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two single beds. The third bedroom has another queen size bed but by prior arrangement this can be converted to a second living room if preferred. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and would suit a child or unaccompanied adult.

There is a large family bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry facilities. The fourth bedroom can also be converted to an office by prior arrangement if preferred.
