Christchurch has a reputation all around the world as the Garden City. There are extensive parks and gardens throughout the inner city, including the Botanic Gardens and Hagley Park. Winding its way through the City is the River Avon. You can jump on an English punt and sit back and enjoy the sights from a different viewpoint or stroll along the beautiful riverside walks.
